We offer our agents and their clients the convenience of having an in-house marketing centre. We currently have two full-time marketing professionals to provide outstanding support and service for our agents.

Some services we provide are:

  • Feature brochures for properties
  • Detailed floor plans
  • Custom sold/listed cards
  • Listing presentations & much more!

A value added service available at no additional cost to our clients!

8 Week Marketing Plan

Week One

  1. MLS contract will be submitted to the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) within 24 hours of signing. All members (approximately 19,000) of TREB will be able to access information on your home for potential clients through the on-line computer system.
  2. "For Sale" sign/lock box will be installed within 48 hours.
    The sign & the lock box together can increase activity by up to 50%.

  3. Notify every Sales Associate of Prudential Sadie Moranis Realty of the details of your home.
  4. Notify every Real Estate office in the market area by broadcast fax of the details of your home.
  5. Develop professional feature and benefit materials (through our in-house marketing centre) to distribute to:
    a) Active agents in market area
    b) Prudential Regional Relocation offices in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim
    c) Prudential Sadie Moranis Realty Sales Associates
    d) Your home for prospective buyer during the course of showings

  6. Consult with you as to the steps in preparing your home for that first and lasting impression.
  7. Prepare an Open House preview for TREB members which may include serving an agent luncheon.
  8. Develop a series of advertisements in consultation with you & strategize the optimum exposure for the first advertisement placement.
  9. Input listing with photo(s) of your property on Prudential Sadie Moranis and TREB websites to gain maximum exposure.
  10. Discuss with you, and if appropriate, organize the first weekend public Open House.

Week Two

  1. Prepare financing options for potential buyers.
  2. Distribute post cards and/or flyers advertising your property in the area.
  3. If applicable, follow up post cards and flyers with telemarketing of adjacent neighbours.
  4. Organize subsequent Open House if appropriate.
  5. Market update consisting of Activity Report on showings and inspections plus an update on competing listings and sales.

Weeks Three to Eight

  1. Place subsequent advertisement(s).
  2. Continue to market surrounding area.
  3. Follow up with the gathering of feedback from agents who have seen and/or shown the property.
  4. Prepare for Weekend Open House if appropriate.
